A Lithophane is made by carving an opaque material at different depths producing areas of light and dark. When lit from behind it creates a lovely "sepia" tone 3D image that is nearly identical to the original photograph.
We start with a high quality image you supply us. Then using a combination of craftsmanship and modern technology we create a unique keepsake that everyone will love.
The lithophane keepsake is mounted in a 5x7 frame and is attached to a LED back-light with battery compartment. The LED back-light is run off of 4-D cell batteries giving you hundreds of hours of enjoyment plus the ability to place the frame anywhere you desire. No having run long cords to that hard to reach outlet.
